Product Overview
The NST235 is a high-precision CMOS analog output temperature sensor offering a maximum accuracy of 0.5C at 25C and 2.5C over its full temperature range of -40C to 150C. It operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V supply and provides a linear output of 10.0mV/C. With a typical operating current of 20A, self-heating is negligible. Available in SC70(5) and SOT-23(3) packages, it is suitable for industrial, consumer, and IoT applications.
