Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) 4-Side Scaleable Arrays - ArrayC Series
The ArrayC Series from onsemi offers compact and scaleable Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) sensor arrays. These Surface Mount Technology (SMT) sensors are mounted onto PCB boards with minimal dead space, providing various formats and pixel sizes. The arrays feature multi-way connectors or BGA for accessing fast output and standard I/O from individual pixels, as well as common I/O from summed substrates. Products with connectors can interface with user readout systems or onsemi's Breakout Boards (BOBs) for easy signal access and performance evaluation. BGA versions can be reflow soldered to user readout boards or purchased pre-mounted on Evaluation Boards (EVBs).
