ON Semiconductor OPTOLOGIC Photosensor
The QSE2x family of OPTOLOGIC ICs are bipolar silicon sensors featuring a Schmitt trigger for enhanced noise immunity and pulse shaping. They integrate a photodiode, linear amplifier, voltage regulator, and Schmitt trigger, offering various output options. These devices are suitable for TTL/LSTTL interface applications and can drive up to ten TTL loads across a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 16.0 Volts. Each device is marked with a color stripe for easy identification.
