The FIS1100 is a 6D MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) with an integrated Motion Co-Processor and Sensor Fusion Library, offering the world's first complete consumer-grade solution to specify system-level orientation accuracy. It features a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer, combined with an advanced AttitudeEngine motion co-processor for efficient sensor fusion at high sampling rates. This enables accurate 3D motion tracking and orientation, while reducing the processing load on the host processor, making it ideal for low-power, battery-operated applications. The FIS1100 supports an external magnetometer for a full 9-DOF system and includes features like auto-calibration, a large FIFO buffer, and wake-on-motion technology.
