The NST20 is a high-precision CMOS analog output temperature sensor offering a maximum accuracy of 1.5C at 25C and 2.5C over its full operating temperature range of -55C to 130C. It operates with a power supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V, with a minimum of 2.4V possible between -30C and 130C. The device features a negative slope output of -11.77mV/C, exhibiting high linearity that eliminates the need for complex calculations. With a typical operating current of 20A, self-heating is negligible.
