Product Overview
The FHT30 is a next-generation single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by NYFEA. Leveraging NYFEA's weak signal detection and MEMS process design platforms, it integrates high-sensitivity MEMS moisture-sensitive components on silicon-based CMOS wafers. This design reduces signal transmission interference, chip area, and improves packaging reliability. The FHT30 features two user-selectable IC addresses, a communication speed of up to 1MHz, and is housed in a miniaturized DFN package (2.5 x 2.5 x 0.9 mm). Its wide power supply voltage range (2.0V to 5.5V) ensures adaptability to various power environments. The sensor offers fully calibrated, linearized, and temperature-compensated digital output with typical accuracy of 3%RH and 0.3C.
