Product Overview
The NST235 is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor designed for operation from -40C to 150C with a power supply range of 2.3V to 5.5V. It features a predominantly linear transfer function with a slight, predictable parabolic curvature. The sensor offers a maximum temperature accuracy of 1.5C at 25C, with errors increasing to 2.5C at the temperature range extremes. The NST235 provides a positive slope output of 10mV/C and a typical quiescent current of 20A, ensuring negligible self-heating. It is suitable for direct replacement of industry-standard parts like the TMP235 and is ideal for remote applications.
