Installation & Use Precautions

  • Soldering: Weld spot at least 2mm from encapsulation head, temperature < 360, time < 3 sec.
  • Storage Temperature: -1040
  • Storage Humidity: 75% RH
  • Storage Environment: Avoid corrosive gases and direct illumination.
  • Shelf Life: 1 year after opening and resealing. Re-inspection is permitted if requirements are met after the shelf life.

Material Description

The silicone resin encapsulation coating offers high temperature resistance (above 300C), fast heat dissipation, and good insulation. The rough surface of the silicone resin, while prone to friction marks, does not affect product performance and can be manually erased. While the material is firm, its brittle nature and poor toughness may lead to cracks or chipping at the leads under improper external forces. These cosmetic imperfections, however, have been proven not to affect the product's performance characteristics or reliability.
