Product Dimensions
Refer to the provided diagrams for package outline dimensions and recommended solder pad design. All dimensions are in mm with a tolerance of 0.15mm unless otherwise noted.
Packing Specification
Carrier Tape: 2000 pcs/reel. Includes 50 pcs empty at the front and 100 pcs empty at the rear of the tape.
Reel Dimensions: 100 mm.
Label Specification: Includes Material Number, Model Number, Quantity, and Date.
Moisture Resistant Packing Process: Includes humidity card, desiccant, rolled reel, aluminum foil bag, packing box, and label.
Soldering Recommendations
Reflow Soldering: Recommended PB-Free Reflow Soldering temperature profile provided. Reflow soldering should not exceed one cycle. Avoid applying stress to the epoxy surface during heating. Recommended chain speed: 80-100cm/min.
Soldering Iron: For manual soldering, use a soldering iron less than 25W with temperature below 300 and soldering time within 2 seconds per contact. Hand soldering is permitted only once.
Precautions
Storage: Unopened products are valid for 2 months. Store in a dry environment (30, 60%RH). Check humidity card upon opening; bake if humidity is 30%. Use opened products within 24 hours. Store unused products in a dry environment (30, 10%RH).
Baking Condition: 655 for 24 hours for recovery if moisture is absorbed.
Static Electricity: Minimize friction, ground all equipment, use anti-static bracelets and garments. Workstations for ESD-sensitive components should be kept below 150V.
Temperature Protection: To prevent accelerated decay and stress, LED surface temperature should not exceed 55 and pin temperature should not exceed 75 in high-density applications.
Handling: Do not touch or operate the lens surface directly. Handle components by the side surfaces using tweezers or appropriate tools. The LED base is fragile; avoid scratching or friction on the epoxy resin.
Cleaning: Recommended to use alcohol for cleaning after soldering, under 30 for 3 minutes or 50 for 30 seconds. Verify solvent compatibility.
Repairing: Repairing after reflow soldering is not recommended. If unavoidable, use a double-head soldering iron and confirm its effect on LED characteristics.
