Installation & Use Precautions
- Purpose: Current limitation
- Soldering: Welding spot at least 2mm from encapsulation head; temperature below 360; time less than 3 seconds.
- Storage Temperature: -10 to 40
- Storage Humidity: 75% RH
- Storage Environment: Avoid corrosive gases and direct illumination.
- Shelf Life: 1 year after opening packaging (reseal required). Re-inspection is permitted if requirements are met after the period.
Material Description
The silicone resin encapsulation used for the MF72 series offers high temperature resistance (above 300), fast heat dissipation, and good insulation. While the surface may appear rough and prone to minor friction marks, these do not affect product performance and can be manually erased. The material is firm but brittle; improper handling (e.g., heavy drops, bending leads) may cause minor cracks or chipping at the lead pins. These cosmetic imperfections have been tested and proven not to impact the product's performance or reliability.
