Product Overview

The MTS01 and MTS01B series are high-precision digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensor chips offering exceptional accuracy without user calibration, with top measurement precision of 0.1 or 0.5. Leveraging CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature and bandgap voltage characteristics, these chips provide fast, low-power, and reliable temperature sensing. They feature a 16-bit ADC with 0.004C resolution and an ultra-wide operating range from -70C to +150C. Each chip is 100% factory tested and calibrated, with internal automatic compensation. Supporting both single-bus and I2C interfaces, they are ideal for diverse applications from long-cable distributed sensing to high-speed board-level monitoring. Built-in non-volatile E2PROM stores critical data like ID, alarm thresholds, and user information. An ALERT pin facilitates hardware alarm integration.
