M117/M117B Series Digital Temperature Sensors

Product Overview
The M117 and M117B series are high-precision digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensor chips designed for accurate and reliable temperature monitoring. Leveraging CMOS semiconductor PN junction characteristics and bandgap voltage, these chips offer exceptional measurement accuracy of up to 0.1C or 0.5C without user calibration. They feature a wide operating range from -70C to +150C with a 16-bit ADC for a resolution of 0.004C. Key advantages include high accuracy, excellent consistency, fast measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, and long lifespan. The chips are factory-calibrated and support I2C communication for data access and configuration. An integrated non-volatile E2PROM stores chip ID, alarm thresholds, calibration data, and user-defined information. An ALERT pin is available for hardware alarm indication. These sensors are ideal for applications requiring precise temperature control and monitoring.
