Product Overview
The M601, M1601, and M1820 series are high-precision digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensor chips with an accuracy of up to 0.1, eliminating the need for user calibration. These chips leverage CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature and bandgap voltage characteristics, employing small-signal amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, and digital calibration compensation for digital bus output. They offer advantages such as high accuracy, excellent consistency, fast temperature measurement, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, and long lifespan. Featuring a built-in 16-bit ADC with 0.004C resolution and an ultra-wide operating range of -70C to +150C, each chip is factory-calibrated with a unique 64-bit ID serial number. The single-bus protocol simplifies system integration, requiring only one GPIO port for communication. This interface supports multi-node sensing and networking, enabling cost-effective, long-distance, and high-node-count distributed sensing networks, supporting up to 100 nodes in series over 100-500 meters. Integrated non-volatile E2PROM stores chip ID, alarm thresholds, calibration values, and user-defined information. The M601 series also includes an ALERT pin for hardware alarm extensions.
