Product Overview
The OH13 is a high-temperature Hall locking switch circuit that integrates Hall element and signal processing circuits on a silicon chip using typical bipolar silicon planar process technology. It is composed of a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. Suitable for various mechatronic fields, it is designed for use with multi-pole magnetic rings or alternating magnetic fields. It responds to magnetic fields with steep slope changes, utilizes dual-pole excitation for latching identification of magnetic polarity, and its output waveform duty cycle is unaffected by external temperature and alternating magnetic field peak strength, providing enhanced anti-interference capabilities.
