Product Overview
The T117/T117B series are high-precision digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensing chips, offering accuracy up to 0.1 without user calibration. Utilizing CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature and bandgap voltage characteristics, these chips provide accurate, consistent, and fast temperature measurements with low power consumption. They feature a built-in 16-bit ADC with 0.004C resolution, an ultra-wide operating range of -103C to +153C, and are 100% factory tested and calibrated. The chips support digital I2C communication up to 1MHz for board-level applications and include non-volatile E2PROM for storing ID, alarm thresholds, calibration data, and user-defined information. An ALERT pin is available for hardware alarm extensions. Key applications include smart wearables, electronic thermometers, medical electronics, cold chain logistics, smart home devices, and industrial/agricultural environmental monitoring.
