OH41F High Temperature Hall Latching Switch IC
The OH41F is a high-temperature Hall latching switch IC that integrates a Hall element and signal processing circuitry on a single silicon chip using bipolar silicon planar process technology. It is composed of a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This IC is suitable for various mechatronic applications and works with multipole magnetic rings or alternating magnetic fields. It responds to magnetic fields with steep change slopes, utilizes dual-pole excitation for latching identification of magnetic polarity, and its output waveform's duty cycle is unaffected by external temperature and peak alternating magnetic field strength, providing enhanced anti-interference capabilities.
