The MY DS18B20 series is a digital analog mixed-signal temperature sensor chip designed for high-precision temperature measurement. It offers an accuracy of 0.5 within the -10C to +85C range, eliminating the need for user calibration. Leveraging CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature characteristics and bandgap voltage, it provides a digital output via a standard single-bus interface. Key advantages include high accuracy, good consistency, low power consumption, flexible programmability, and long lifespan. With a built-in 14-bit ADC and a default 12-bit configuration, it supports a wide operating temperature range and features a unique 64-bit ID for multi-node networking. Applications include industrial monitoring, smart hardware, smart agriculture, instrumentation, and smart home appliances.
