M601B, M1601B, M1820B Series Digital Temperature Sensors
Product Overview
The M601B, M1601B, and M1820B series are digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensor chips from Mysentech. These sensors offer high measurement accuracy up to 0.5 without requiring user calibration. Utilizing the characteristics of CMOS semiconductor PN junctions and bandgap voltage, they provide precise temperature readings through a digital bus output. Key advantages include high accuracy, excellent consistency, fast temperature response, low power consumption, flexible programmable configuration, and long operational life. With a built-in 16-bit ADC, they achieve a resolution of 0.004C and operate across an ultra-wide temperature range of -70C to +150C. Each chip is factory-calibrated and features a unique 64-bit ID for simplified system integration via a single GPIO port and a single-bus communication protocol, enabling cost-effective multi-node sensing networks with long transmission distances and support for up to 100 nodes over 100-500 meters. The chips also include non-volatile E2PROM for storing ID, alarm thresholds, calibration coefficients, and user-defined information. The M601B variant additionally features an ALERT pin for hardware alarm indication.
