MYDS18B20 Digital Temperature Sensor Series

Product Overview

The MYDS18B20 series is a mixed-signal digital temperature sensor chip offering high accuracy without user calibration. Utilizing CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature characteristics and bandgap voltage, it provides precise temperature readings from -10C to +85C with a typical accuracy of 0.5C. The chip features a 14-bit ADC with a resolution of 0.0125C (defaulting to 12-bit at 0.0625C resolution) and operates across a wide temperature range of -55C to +125C. Its digital single-bus protocol simplifies system integration, requiring only one GPIO port for communication and enabling cost-effective, multi-node sensing networks with long transmission distances. Built-in non-volatile E2PROM stores device ID, alarm thresholds, calibration data, and user-defined information. Available in TO-92, TO-92S, SOP8, and MSOP8 packages.
