Unsuitable Applications
Applications listed in "Limitation of applications" in this document.
Marking Example
: Control code (One alphabetic character)
: Manufactured year (Last digit of the year)
: Manufactured month (1-9: 1-9, 10-12: X, Y, Z)
Reference Mount Pad
Note: The land pattern is an example. Please evaluate your soldering paste and reflow conditions with the product mounted on your equipment.
Magnetic Field Application Direction
Note: Ensure the sensing direction of the sensor aligns with the applied magnetic field direction.
Block Diagram
(Refer to image in original document - not representable in text)
Magnetic Electric Conversion Characteristic
VOUT level changes based on the applied magnetic field intensity (Positive logic). ON/OFF switching occurs depending on the magnetic field strength.
Timing Diagram
Note 1: The magnetic sensor has an internal intermittent switch circuit. The timing of VOUT change is within the ICC on period. Note 2: Consider the speed of magnetic field change relative to the intermittent operation speed in your design.
Packing Specifications
Form of packing: Tape & reel (180, 3000pcs per reel).
Reflow Condition
Maximum reflow condition: Absolute maximum package peak temperature is 260 for less than 10 seconds. Temperatures in the table/figure are package surface temperatures. Preheating conditions must be within the specified range.
Reliability Test
(Refer to detailed table in original document for specific tests and criteria)
