Murata SCC400T Series Gyroscope and Accelerometer
The Murata SCC400T series comprises high-performance angular rate and accelerometer sensor components based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. These components are designed for applications demanding high stability with tough environmental requirements. The SCC433T-K03 integrates both angular rate and acceleration sensing, while the SCR410T-K03 is an angular rate sensor. Both feature a mixed-signal ASIC for signal processing and provide output via a flexible SPI digital interface. They are housed in an overmolded SOIC-16W plastic package, ensuring reliable operation. Designed for high stability, reliability, and quality, these components exhibit extremely stable output over temperature, humidity, and vibration, and include advanced self-diagnostic features. They are suitable for SMD mounting and compatible with RoHS and ELV directives.
