The SCC2230-D08 is a high-performance combined angular rate and accelerometer sensor component. It integrates a Z-axis angular rate sensor and a 3-axis accelerometer sensor, both based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is handled by a mixed-signal ASIC, providing angular rate and acceleration outputs via a flexible SPI digital interface.
