Product Overview
The Microchip EMC1413 and EMC1414 are highly accurate, low-cost System Management Bus (SMBus) temperature sensors designed for environmental monitoring. They feature Resistance Error Correction (REC), Beta Compensation for CPU diodes requiring BJT/transistor models, and automatic diode type detection, offering a robust solution for complex applications. The EMC1413 monitors three temperature channels, while the EMC1414 monitors four. Both devices provide 1C accuracy for external and internal diode temperatures, with features like automatic beta detection and error correction for flexible and precise temperature measurements.
