Product Overview

The TMR130x is an omnipolar magnetic switch featuring an integrated Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) magnetic sensor and CMOS circuitry. It offers high-accuracy position detection by outputting high and low voltage signals in response to magnetic field changes. Unlike Hall/AMR sensors, its high resistance TMR technology enables an exceptionally low supply current of 1.5 A in full-time power supply mode, while maintaining a response frequency greater than 1 kHz. This allows for true continuous magnetic field detection, eliminating sampling errors common in time-sharing power supply modes. The TMR130x operates across a wide supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V with excellent temperature stability, making it suitable for diverse applications. It is available in compact SOT23-3, TO92S, and LGA3L packages.
