Product Overview
The MTMP75 is a digital temperature converter featuring an integrated bandgap temperature sensor and an 11-bit sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It also provides an over-temperature alert function. The device supports both normal operation and low-power modes. In normal operation, it periodically monitors ambient temperature, while in low-power mode, it shuts down to minimize power consumption. Communication is established via a two-wire I2C serial bus interface. The MTMP75 includes internal data registers for storing chip settings, detected temperature, and programmable over-temperature shutdown and hysteresis thresholds. The I2C interface supports 3 selectable logic address pins, allowing up to 8 devices on the same bus.
