The AT30TSE004A is an integrated temperature sensor with a 4-Kbit Serial EEPROM, compliant with JEDEC JC42.4 DIMM Serial Presence Detect (SPD) + TS standards. It operates from a low voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and features a 2-wire serial interface compatible with I2C Fast Mode Plus (FM+), supporting 100kHz, 400kHz, and 1MHz speeds. The device includes Schmitt Trigger, filtered inputs for noise suppression and is available in industry-standard green (Pb/Halide-free/RoHS compliant) package options: 8-pad Ultra Thin DFN (2 x 3 x 0.6mm) and 8-pad Very Very Thin DFN (2 x 3 x 0.8mm).
