The EMC1188 is a high-accuracy, low-cost, 1.8V System Management Bus (SMBus) compatible temperature sensor designed for complex environmental monitoring applications. It features advanced capabilities such as Resistance Error Correction (REC), Beta Compensation to support modern CPU diodes, and automatic diode type detection. The sensor monitors four temperature channels (three external and one internal) with 1C accuracy. A hardware-programmable system shutdown feature provides a robust thermal management solution.
