Product Overview
The MCP9800/1/2/3 family of digital temperature sensors from Microchip Technology Inc. converts temperatures between -55C and +125C to a digital word with high accuracy. These sensors offer user-selectable resolution from 9 to 12 bits, a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and a 2-wire I2C/SMBus compatible interface.
