Overview
The MEMSIC MXC400xXC is a monolithic, wafer-level packaged three-axis thermal accelerometer featuring MEMSIC's proprietary technology. It offers ultra-low cost, high shock survival (>200,000g), and robust performance with no moving parts, eliminating issues like resonance, stiction, and hysteresis. This device provides 12-bit X, Y, and Z axis acceleration signals, an 8-bit temperature output, 6-position orientation detection, and shake detection with programmable thresholds. It utilizes an I2C slave interface for communication and operates on a single 1.8~3.6V supply. Its ultra-small footprint makes it ideal for mobile and consumer electronics applications.
