Product Overview
The EMC1413/EMC1414 are high accuracy, low cost, System Management Bus (SMBus) temperature sensors designed for complex environmental monitoring applications. They feature Resistance Error Correction (REC) and Beta Compensation to accurately measure temperatures from both internal and external diodes, even those requiring the BJT/transistor model. The devices automatically detect external diode types and optimize settings, eliminating the need for manual configuration. The EMC1413 monitors three temperature channels, while the EMC1414 monitors four. Both offer 1C accuracy and 0.125C resolution.
