Product Overview

The MT6826S is a next-generation high-speed, high-accuracy angle encoder IC from Magntek, leveraging advanced Anisotropic Magnetoresistance (AMR) technology. It offers 0-360 absolute angle position detection with 15-bit resolution and high precision. The IC integrates two pairs of AMR Wheatstone bridges and a dedicated high-performance signal processing circuit. It supports multiple output modes including absolute SPI, PWM, and incremental ABZ/UVW, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as absolute angle position sensing, brushless DC motor control, servo motor control, and closed-loop stepper motor control. Its key advantage lies in the client-side automatic non-linear calibration mode, which compensates for magnetic and installation deviations, achieving an Integral Non-Linearity (INL) of <0.07.
