The MagnTek MT6813 is an advanced magnetic angle position sensor based on AMR sensing technology, offering contactless 0 to 360 full-range angle sensing. It provides independent output interfaces including I2C, SPI, Analog, and PWM, with programmable linear transfer characteristics and zero position. Key benefits include a 14-bit core resolution and 12-bit DAC/PWM resolution, user-programmable resolution and zero position, and robustness against magnet variations, stray fields, air gap changes, and off-axis misalignment. This RoHS compliant sensor is available in SOP-8 or QFN-16 packages and is suitable for applications such as absolute linear position sensing, BLDC motor control, robotics control, contactless potentiometers, and power tools.
