Product Overview
The Magntek MT6701 is a next-generation magnetic angle sensor chip based on differential Hall effect principles. It offers 0-360 absolute angle position detection with a wide operating voltage range of 3.3V to 5.0V. The chip features multiple independent output interfaces including I2C, SSI, ABZ, UVW, Analog Voltage, PWM, and Z-axis press detection. It supports high rotational speeds up to 55,000 RPM with a system delay of less than 5 s. The MT6701 is designed with excellent immunity to stray magnetic fields and is RoHS compliant. Available in SOP-8 and QFN3x3-16L packages, it is ideal for applications such as absolute angle position sensing, closed-loop stepper and BLDC motor control, robot joint control, and non-contact rotary knobs and buttons.
