Product Overview
The MT910X is a ratiometric linear Hall-effect IC with an analog output, designed for accurate position sensing. It operates from a 3.0V to 5.5V power supply and provides an output proportional to magnetic flux density. When no magnetic field is present, the analog output is at half of VCC. The device offers four sensitivity options for maximal output voltage swing and supports both North and South magnetic poles. Available in SOT-23, DFN1616 (surface mount), and flat TO-92 (through-hole) packages, all are RoHS compliant. Applications include home appliances, industrial uses, speed and position detection, magnetic encoders, and sensing for ferrous metals, vibration, and weight.
