Product Overview
The LF22214TMR TMR Switch is a digital omni-polar magnetic switch integrating TMR and CMOS technology. It offers high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption (1.5A) with a wide operating voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V). The device features an X-axis sensing direction, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray field interference. It is suitable for proximity detection, utility meters, high-speed sensing, and low-power applications. The output switches low when the magnetic field parallel to the sensing axis exceeds the operate point threshold (BOP) and high when it drops below the release point (BRP).
