Product Overview
The LF21235TMR is a digital omni-polar magnetic switch integrating TMR and CMOS technology. It offers high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption, drawing only 1.5A. The device features a Z-axis sensing direction, push-pull output, and an on-chip TMR voltage generator for precise magnetic sensing. It includes a Schmitt trigger for noise rejection and a band gap regulator for a stable supply voltage across a wide range. The output switches low when the magnetic field exceeds the operate point (BOP) and high when it drops below the release point (BRP). It is available in a SOT23-3 package and is RoHS compliant.
