The Littelfuse 59070 is a compact M8 plastic threaded barrel sensor designed for position and limit sensing applications. This magnetically operated proximity sensor features a two-part design with a threaded barrel and retaining nuts, offering simple installation and adjustment. It is capable of switching up to 265Vac/300Vdc at 10VA and functions optimally with the 57070 actuator (sold separately). The sensor operates through non-ferrous materials and is ideal for switching micro-controller logic level loads, requiring no standby power. Available in various contact types, including Normally Open, Normally Open High Voltage, Normally Closed, and Change Over, it is suitable for security systems, industrial process control, and linear actuators.
