Product Overview
The Littelfuse DRS-50 is a standard, normally open (Form A, SPST-NO) high-power reed switch designed for demanding applications. It features a hermetically sealed glass envelope, ensuring reliable operation unaffected by its environment. This switch is capable of high voltage and power switching, handling up to 400Vdc at 2mA, carrying 6A, and switching up to 100W/VA. With a minimum voltage breakdown of 600Vdc and high insulation resistance, the DRS-50 is suitable for security, limit switching, industrial applications, and white goods, including the capability to switch European mains voltage. It requires zero operating power for contact closure.
