Product Description

NTC Thermistor 206RV197 NTC 5D-11

NTC Thermistor is a Negative Temperature Coefficient Resistor whose resistance changes with ambient temperature changes. Thermistor comprises 2 or 4 kinds of metal oxides of iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese and copper, being shaped and sintered at high temperature. This NTC thermistor has a nominal resistance of 5, a chip diameter of 11mm, and a pitch of 7.5mm, with black coating and straight leads.

Product Attributes

  • Wrapper Material: Phenolic aldehyde
  • Down-lead: Tinned Electron Wire
  • Coating Color: Black

Zero Power Resistance See Electrical Parameters At 25, when the resistance change caused by the internal heating of the resistor body is negligible compared to the total measurement error.
B Value See Electrical Parameters Calculated using the zero Power resistance value at 25 and 50.
Thermal Dissipation Constant See Electrical Parameters The ratio of the change of the dissipation power to the corresponding change of the temperature at specified temperature. The unit is: mw/
Thermal Time Constant See Electrical Parameters Under zero power condition, it is the time required by a thermistor that its body temperature reaches 63.2% of the difference between its initial and final temperature.
Leads terminal tensile strength Apply a 1.0kg load to each lead for 10 seconds. No visible damage. Resistance change: 20%
Leads terminal bend strength Fix the body and apply a 0.5kg weight to one terminal, bend 90, then straighten, and bend 90 in the opposite direction. No visible damage. Resistance change: 20%
Vibration Frequency: 10~50Hz, Amplitude: 1.55mm, Direction and time: X, Y, and Z axes for 2 hours each. No mechanical damage.
Solderability Solder bath temperature: 2355, Time: 3S. Coating area: 98%
Resistance to soldering heat Dip the lead wire in molten solder at 35010 for 3.00.5 seconds, up to a depth of 4.00.8mm. After leaving at room ambient temperature for 24 hours, test resistance. Resistance change: within 10%
