NTC Thermistor is a Negative Temperature Coefficient Resistor whose resistance decreases as ambient temperature increases. It is manufactured from 2 or 4 types of metal oxides (iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese, copper) shaped and sintered at high temperatures. This model, NTC 5D-20, features a nominal resistance of 5, a chip diameter of 20mm, and a lead pitch of 10mm, with black coating and straight leads.
