Product Overview
The KP229E3111 is a miniaturized Analog Manifold Air Pressure Sensor IC utilizing a capacitive principle and surface micromachining technology. It integrates a signal conditioning circuit in BiCMOS technology, converting pressure into a ratiometric analog output signal. With a calibrated transfer function, it measures pressure from 20 kPa to 300 kPa, outputting a voltage range of 0.40 V to 4.65 V. This high-accuracy, high-sensitivity sensor is designed for manifold air pressure measurement and is suitable for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. It features a wide temperature range, broken wire detection, clamping, and is automotive qualified.
