Product Overview
The XENSIV KP467 is a high-performance, miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensor utilizing a capacitive sensing principle. It offers high accuracy pressure sensing within a range of 45 to 200 kPa and operates across an ambient temperature range of -40C to 105C. Key features include a dedicated Low Power Monitoring (LPM) mode for battery monitoring applications, best-in-class low power consumption, and integrated diagnostic features for signal path and processing. The sensor provides 10-, 12-, or 14-bit resolution pressure and temperature values via an SPI interface and is ISO 26262-compliant as a Safety Element out of Context for safety requirements up to ASIL B. It is validated according to AEC-Q103-002 and qualified for automotive applications, making it suitable for automotive barometric air pressure, manifold air flow, battery monitoring, and seat comfort systems, as well as industrial control, weather stations, and altimeters.
