The TLE4961-2M is a high-precision bipolar Hall effect latch designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. It offers a wide operating supply voltage range (3.0 V to 32 V) with overvoltage capability up to 42 V without external resistors, reverse polarity protection, and integrated output overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Its active error compensation and stable magnetic thresholds make it ideal for index counting applications, such as power closing and window lifters, especially when used with a pole wheel. The device features low jitter, high ESD performance, and is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100.
