Product Description
The TLE493D-A1B6 is a 3D Hall sensor designed for linear, rotary, and 3D position sensing in automotive applications. It offers ultra-low power consumption, a digital output via I2C interface, and 12-bit resolution for each measurement direction, including chip temperature. The sensor enables linear field measurement of +/-60mT with excellent matching of X/Y measurements for accurate angle sensing. It supports variable update frequencies and power modes, and can be triggered by an external microcontroller. The device is automotive qualified and comes in a small 6-pin TSOP package.
