Product Overview
The XENSIV KP464 is a high-performance, high-precision miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensor based on a capacitive sensing principle. It features surface micromachining with an integrated signal conditioning circuit, offering pressure sensing with 1.0 kPa accuracy over a 40 to 115 kPa range. The sensor provides 10-, 12-, or 14-bit resolution for pressure and temperature values via an SPI interface. Key advantages include best-in-class low power consumption with a dedicated power-down mode, integrated signal path diagnosis features, and a compact 4.5 mm x 5.1 mm 8-pin DFN package. It is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q103-002.
