Product Overview
The XENSIV KP466 is a high-performance, high-precision miniaturized digital absolute pressure sensor utilizing a capacitive sensing principle. It is surface micromachined with an integrated signal conditioning circuit, converting physical pressure and temperature into digital values transmitted via an SPI interface. Key features include high accuracy pressure sensing (1.0 kPa) within a 60 to 165 kPa range, a wide operating ambient temperature range (-40C to 125C), and best-in-class low power consumption with a dedicated power-down mode.
