Product Overview
The TLI493D-W2BW is a low-power 3D Hall sensor featuring an I2C interface and a Wake-Up function. It offers 3D magnetic flux density sensing up to 160 mT with programmable sensitivity and a 12-bit data resolution for each measurement direction. The sensor is designed for compact system integration with an extremely small form factor and very low power consumption in its power-down mode (7 nA typ.). It supports variable update frequencies, configurable power modes, and can be triggered by an external microcontroller. The TLI493D-W2BW is qualified for industrial applications and is Pb-free and halogen-free.
