Product Overview
The TLE4941C is a differential two-wire Hall Effect sensor IC designed for wheel speed applications in modern vehicle dynamics control systems and ABS. It provides rotational speed information with a two-wire current interface, operating without external components. The sensor boasts a fast power-up time, low cut-off frequency, and excellent accuracy and sensitivity, making it suitable for harsh automotive environments. It offers high resistance to piezo effects, large operating air-gaps, and a wide operating temperature range. The TLE4941C integrates a 1.8 nF capacitor for improved EMI performance and utilizes state-of-the-art BiCMOS technology for monolithic integration of active sensor areas and signal conditioning circuitry. Its dynamic self-calibration principle and integrated dynamic offset compensation simplify manufacturing and eliminate magnet offsets.
