HXS41H High Voltage Bipolar Latching Hall Switch
The HXS41H is a high-voltage bipolar latching Hall switch manufactured using high-voltage Bipolar process technology. It integrates a magnetic sensing circuit comprising a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation unit, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This device converts magnetic field strength into a digital voltage signal. It features built-in protection circuits for reliable operation under transient high voltage and offers excellent noise immunity. The HXS41H operates within a temperature range of -40 to 125, with a supply voltage range of 4V to 30V and a maximum load current capability of 25mA. It is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards. Indication Direction
The HXS41H is sensitive to magnetic fields perpendicular to the chip surface, entering from the bottom and exiting from the top, or vice versa. For the SOT-23 package, with the silk screen side as the front, a sufficient N-pole magnetic field results in a low output level, while an S-pole magnetic field results in a high output level. For the TO-92S package, an S-pole magnetic field results in a low output level, while an N-pole magnetic field results in a high output level.
