Product Overview
The HX6573 is a high-sensitivity, bipolar latching Hall switch utilizing high-frequency chopping technology for excellent magnetic field consistency and symmetry across its operating voltage and temperature range. It integrates voltage regulation, Hall array, amplification, Schmitt trigger, and output stages. This technology minimizes offset voltage and its dependence on stress and temperature, while reducing system delay and output jitter. The HX6573 operates from -40 to 125 with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V and a load current capability of up to 100mA. It is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
